Responsibilities
- Research and identify funding opportunities from federal, state, and private foundations
- Develop compelling grant proposals and narratives aligned with organizational goals
- Manage grant application processes from research to submission
- Collaborate with program teams to gather and refine project data
- Maintain compliance with funder requirements and reporting protocols
- Build relationships with program officers and funding partners
- Track grant outcomes and prepare impact reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional grant writing experience with $100M+ secured
- Proven track record with federal/state/foundation grants
- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, English, or related field
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and grant databases
- Knowledge of nonprofit financial management and reporting
- Certificate in Grant Writing or related certification preferred
