Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant grant opportunities from federal, state, and private foundations
- Develop compelling grant proposals and applications aligned with organizational goals
- Craft persuasive narratives, budgets, and supporting documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with funding partners and program stakeholders
- Track grant compliance and submit timely progress reports

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional grant writing experience
- Proven success securing $500K+ in annual grant funding
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Communications, Non-Profit Mgmt, etc.)
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Experience with non-profit financial reporting and budgeting
- Familiarity with grant management databases (e.g., Salesforce NPSP)
