- Research and identify federal, state, and private grant opportunities relevant to our mission.
- Develop compelling grant narratives, project budgets, and compliance reports.
- Manage the full grant lifecycle, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
- Collaborate with program directors to align writing with organizational goals.
- Track funding sources and maintain a comprehensive database of prospects.
- Present grant outcomes and impact metrics to stakeholders and donors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, or proposal development.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of securing funding from government and private foundations.
- Strong research skills and ability to analyze funding guidelines.
- Excellent written communication and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management software (e.g., GrantStation, Fluxx).
