We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Grant Writer to identify funding opportunities, craft compelling narratives, and build lasting relationships with donors.

Responsibilities
- Research & Strategy: Identify and evaluate new funding opportunities from federal, state, and private foundations to support our strategic initiatives.
- Proposal Development: Write clear, concise, and persuasive grant applications, including narrative text, budgets, and work plans.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with program staff and leadership to gather data, testimonials, and technical information.
- Deadline Management: Maintain a rigorous calendar of grant deadlines and ensure timely submission of all required materials.
- Reporting: Monitor awarded grants, prepare progress reports, and manage required compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of successful grant writing experience within the non-profit or public sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Writing Skills: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, error-free writing under tight deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with grant management software (e.g., Foundant, Blackbaud) and Microsoft Office Suite.
