Responsibilities
- Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with organizational priorities
- Develop compelling narratives and budgets for grant proposals
- Manage relationships with 50+ foundation and corporate partners
- Coordinate submission of complex grant applications and reports
- Analyze funding trends and recommend strategic initiatives
- Maintain accurate grant tracking databases
- Collaborate with program teams to align proposals with impact metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional grant writing experience
- Proven track record of securing $500K+ annually in grants
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's preferred)
- Expertise in federal/state/local grant applications
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Experience with Tampa Bay nonprofit landscape preferred
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
