Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify federal, state, and private funding opportunities relevant to our organization.
- Develop and write compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and narrative sections.
- Manage the entire grant lifecycle, from submission to compliance and reporting.
- Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary data and impact metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with funding agencies and stakeholders.
- Ensure all submissions meet strict deadlines and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in grant writing, preferably within the non-profit or healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record of securing funding from diverse sources (foundations, corporations, government).
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze funding requirements and tailor applications accordingly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management databases.
