Responsibilities
- Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with organizational priorities
- Develop persuasive grant proposals and supporting documentation
- Cultivate relationships with funding partners and program officers
- Manage grant reporting requirements and compliance documentation
- Analyze funding trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with program teams to develop project budgets
- Maintain accurate grant pipeline tracking systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Communications, Nonprofit Mgmt, etc.)
- 3+ years of successful grant writing experience
- Proven track record securing $500K+ in annual funding
- Expertise with federal, state, and foundation grant processes
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM and grant management software
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling
