Responsibilities
- Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with organizational priorities
- Develop persuasive grant proposals and applications exceeding $1M annually
- Manage relationships with 50+ funding agencies and program officers
- Analyze program outcomes and prepare impact reports for funders
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and private grant requirements
- Collaborate with program teams to gather necessary project data
- Track grant deadlines and maintain a detailed funding calendar
- Participate in ongoing training to refine grant writing techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant databases
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of nonprofit financial reporting
