Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner, efficiently managing high-volume queues.
- Process driver license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers accurately using DMV-specific software.
- Answer complex inquiries regarding traffic laws, vehicle history, and point systems.
- Operate computer terminals and self-service kiosks to input and verify customer data with 100% accuracy.
- Handle cash, credit, and check payments while strictly adhering to financial protocols and audit trails.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service flow.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or government operations is strongly preferred.
