Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and virtual customer service for DMV transactions including driver's licenses, registrations, and vehicle titles
- Process complex transactions accurately while maintaining strict compliance with state regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, exceeding service standards
- Utilize specialized DMV software systems to manage documentation and payment processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows and customer experience
- Train new representatives on DMV procedures and customer service best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume customer service experience in regulated/government environment
- Proficiency in DMV systems or similar regulatory software (training provided)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Strong attention to detail with 100% accuracy in documentation processing
- Valid Arizona driver's license required
- Ability to pass federal background check and fingerprinting
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred
