Responsibilities
- Process DMV transactions including license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers efficiently and accurately.
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer complex inquiries regarding traffic laws, vehicle history, and license requirements.
- Verify documents and ensure all compliance standards are met for every transaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Operate DMV computer systems and office equipment with proficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer data entry.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
