Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, graders) with precision
- Perform road maintenance, excavation, and utility installation
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist in stormwater management and drainage system projects

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/public works experience
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certification
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
