Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Sort, organize, and prepare mail for daily route delivery
- Operate USPS vehicles following all safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues
- Assist with loading/unloading mail at postal facilities
- Adhere to strict delivery time standards and route schedules
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
