Responsibilities
- General Office Administration: Perform daily clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized electronic and physical records.
- Communication Hub: Answer and screen incoming calls, greet visitors, and route inquiries to the appropriate department promptly.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for federal supervisors and staff.
- Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and prepare routine correspondence, memos, reports, and briefing materials.
- Customer Service: Assist visitors and employees with inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Record Management: Assist in the organization and preservation of vital federal documents and case files.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Background Check: Ability to successfully complete a federal background investigation and obtain a Secret clearance.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
