Responsibilities
- Conduct threat assessments and security audits for federal facilities in North Texas
- Coordinate emergency response protocols with local law enforcement agencies
- Analyze intelligence data to identify potential security vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for critical infrastructure
- Lead security training programs for federal employees and contractors
- Prepare detailed incident reports and compliance documentation

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal or state security operations
- Proficiency in security assessment tools and threat analysis software
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations (FEMA, NIMS, FISMA)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within North Texas
- Excellent written/verbal communication and crisis management skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts during emergency situations
