Responsibilities

- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirements

- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery
- Process payments and issue permits/licenses using specialized systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong computer literacy with data entry proficiency
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Valid Hawaii driver's license required
- Bi-lingual English/Japanese or English/Tongan preferred
