Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and driver license renewals with 99% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirements
- Maintain organized digital and physical records using proprietary DMV software systems
- Process payments and issue official permits/licenses following state protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer wait times and service quality
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Train new hires on department procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex procedures simply
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
