Responsibilities
- Analyze complex government policies and data to provide strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Prepare high-level reports, briefings, and memorandums for federal and state stakeholders.
- Conduct extensive research on regulatory changes and their impact on public programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal and state government regulations and standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a government or public sector environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and write clear, concise documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
