Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software solutions and applications for state government agencies.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing IT systems, databases, and networks to ensure high availability and performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal regulations, cybersecurity standards, and data privacy laws.
- Conduct user training and provide technical support to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT consulting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or Java programming languages.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Valid Driver's License and proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
