Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with federal IT standards (FISMA, NIST)
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clinical and administrative systems
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate technology solutions into patient care workflows
- Develop and document IT procedures, policies, and disaster recovery plans
- Lead system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects
- Maintain security clearances and ensure data protection for veteran health information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or cybersecurity
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one (required for federal employment)
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies
