Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud platforms
- Develop and implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT modernization projects
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards and regulations
- Document system configurations and create operational procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Active Security+ CE or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud platforms and federal FedRAMP compliance
- Strong knowledge of NIST security frameworks and FISMA requirements
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
