Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on DoD networks
- Implement and monitor security protocols for classified/unclassified systems
- Lead incident response activities during cyber-attack scenarios
- Develop security policies and procedures compliant with NIST/FISMA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture projects
- Maintain security documentation and audit compliance records
- Provide cybersecurity training to personnel across multiple agencies
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal cybersecurity operations
- Certification in CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, ArcSight)
- Knowledge of DoD RMF and NIST frameworks
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure) environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
