Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across multiple agencies.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Conduct system audits, performance evaluations, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, policies, and IT security standards.
- Document technical procedures and maintain detailed logs of system changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO).
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware configuration, and virtualization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced government setting.
