Responsibilities
- Configure, install, and maintain network hardware and software solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across multiple departments.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive state data and infrastructure.
- Conduct system audits and performance tuning to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to manage IT projects and service requests.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation for system configurations and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in IT support, network administration, or systems engineering.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
