Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and maintenance for federal government IT systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable IT solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and agency standards.
- Perform system troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and system changes.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer for junior staff members.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within scope and budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government contracting or public sector IT environments.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government background investigation.
