- Develop security awareness training programs for federal employees
- Collaborate with CISA on threat intelligence and incident response
- Oversee access control systems and identity management solutions
- Prepare compliance documentation for annual audits
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in federal IT security roles
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and zero-trust architecture
- Experience with FedRAMP compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills for threat modeling and risk assessment
- Ability to work under pressure during security incidents
