Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex IT systems and software solutions to support federal operations.
- Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for hardware, software, and network environments.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security standards, including FISMA and NIST frameworks.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve system performance.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates to mitigate security risks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).
- At least 4 years of specialized experience in IT systems analysis and programming.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
- Strong knowledge of federal IT procurement and compliance regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and database management systems.
