We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage our critical information systems infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex IT solutions to support agency mission requirements.
- Conduct system analysis, configuration, and maintenance for federal networks and servers.
- Ensure compliance with federal security regulations, including FISMA and FedRAMP.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across multiple locations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architectures and operational procedures.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a 24/7 environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of specialized experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Certification such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Top Secret security clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
