Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of local server hardware and network infrastructure.
- Implement and manage data backup and recovery systems to ensure data integrity for federal clients.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide 24/7 support when required.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal cybersecurity standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy software solutions that meet agency requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT systems administration or a related technical field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret or Secret security clearance is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a major plus.
