Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise systems including EMR/EHR platforms
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide technical support for network infrastructure and cloud services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT policies and procedures
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards (NIST, FISMA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or cybersecurity
- Active Security+ CE or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Experience with VA-specific systems (Vista, Cerner) preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 background clearance
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and technical leadership
