Responsibilities
- Design and implement electronic health record (EHR) systems for VA medical facilities

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and federal IT security standards

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field
- 3+ years experience with healthcare IT systems (EHR/EMR)
- VA experience or knowledge of federal IT procurement processes preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and healthcare data analytics tools
- FSS-03 (or equivalent) IT certification required
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance
