Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain complex federal IT systems and network environments.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and systems from cyber threats.
- Configure hardware, software, and peripherals in accordance with federal standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across various departments.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive IT modernization initiatives.
- Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with favorable adjudication.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT systems administration or cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of federal regulations such as FISMA and NIST.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced government contracting environment.
