Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) to ensure optimal performance.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Assist in the implementation of cybersecurity protocols, patch management, and data protection measures.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for the helpdesk team.
- Collaborate with network engineers to resolve complex infrastructure challenges.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Certification preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
- Proven experience with Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic network topology.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical staff.
