Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise server infrastructure including Windows/Linux systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for 500+ state employees
- Oversee cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct quarterly drills
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Document system configurations and SOPs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years experience in enterprise IT administration
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Proficiency in Active Directory, PowerShell, and SQL
- Experience with government compliance standards (FISMA)
- Strong project management skills (PMP preferred)
- Kansas residency required upon hire
- Valid driver's license
