Responsibilities

  • Tier 1 & 2 Support: Provide exceptional technical support to county staff via phone, email, and ticketing systems, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Hardware Management: Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstations, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Network Maintenance: Assist in maintaining local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN), ensuring optimal connectivity and security protocols.
  • Software Deployment: Support the deployment and updates of critical business applications and operating systems.
