Role Overview:

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure for federal and state government clients.
- Ensure full compliance with federal security standards, including NIST and FISMA regulations.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to identify technical requirements and deliver solutions.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical leadership on complex projects.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation through deployment using Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (preferred) or the ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or government contracting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
