Qualifications

- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Deep understanding of federal and state government IT policies and compliance standards.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS), hardware, and virtualization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a required government security clearance.
