Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor server health and perform routine maintenance tasks during night shifts to prevent downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to state cybersecurity protocols, data privacy laws, and compliance standards.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of end-user devices and peripherals.
- Document technical incidents, resolutions, and system configurations in the central service management system.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a secure government setting.
