We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team supporting critical federal infrastructure. This is a Weekend Shift position located in Sacramento, CA. Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for federal staff via phone and remote access.
- Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform hardware troubleshooting, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols and data privacy regulations.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and software updates.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (40 hours per week).
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal contract position.
