Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, test, and implement scalable software solutions and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure project alignment.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to internal users.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure uptime and security.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric solutions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
