The Role:
As an IT Systems Analyst II, you will serve as a technical lead for major enterprise projects. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our government systems are secure, efficient, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test complex software applications and infrastructure solutions.
- Conduct thorough system analysis to identify requirements and optimize business processes.
- Lead root-cause analysis for system outages and implement long-term preventative measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to junior analysts and IT staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with cybersecurity protocols and government data regulations.
- Document technical specifications and maintain accurate system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in systems analysis, application development, or IT support.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or C#.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance (Secret/Top Secret) is a plus.
