Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of complex business requirements for state agencies.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions ensuring strict compliance with state standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT infrastructure and improve operational workflows.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and developers.
- Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and performance tuning to ensure system reliability.
- Ensure data integrity and security protocols are strictly followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis within a government or enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, or .NET technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a valid Texas Driver’s License (if required for travel to agency sites).
