Responsibilities
- Conduct research on urban planning policies, zoning regulations, and community development initiatives
- Analyze demographic and economic data to inform strategic planning decisions
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and public officials
- Support community outreach efforts through public meetings and stakeholder engagement
- Assist in drafting legislative proposals and administrative rule changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on major infrastructure and sustainability projects
- Track policy implementation outcomes and recommend adjustments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and statistical analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS)
