Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of high-end 2D motion graphics for digital campaigns, web experiences, and video content.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across all projects, ensuring brand integrity.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and sound engineers to synchronize visuals with audio.
- Manage and review the work of junior designers, providing constructive feedback and creative guidance.
- Conceptualize original 2D animation sequences from storyboards to final render.
- Optimize animation files for various platforms, ensuring seamless performance on mobile and desktop devices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in 2D design, typography, and animation software.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in 2D motion design and animation.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in character animation, kinetic typography, and abstract motion.
- Deep understanding of timing, spacing, and the 12 principles of animation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
