Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-end 2D motion graphics and animation sequences for web, mobile, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director and copywriters to ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand strategy and client objectives.
- Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender) to create polished, pixel-perfect assets.
- Optimize animation files for performance and cross-platform compatibility.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in motion design and motion capture technology to keep our work cutting-edge.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior designers to maintain high creative standards across the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or graphic design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in typography, color theory, and timing/space.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and a solid understanding of 3D basics.
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript/Lua) for After Effects is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
