In this role, you will bridge the gap between static art and dynamic storytelling. You will lead the creation of 2D assets, character rigs, and motion graphics that captivate audiences and drive engagement. Responsibilities
- Lead Creative Production: Spearhead the creation of high-end 2D animations and motion graphics for web, mobile, and video platforms.
- Asset Development: Design and rig characters and assets in Adobe Animate and After Effects, ensuring scalability and performance optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with art directors, copywriters, and developers to translate creative concepts into technical reality.
- Style Guide Adherence: Maintain brand consistency across all digital deliverables while injecting fresh, modern creative direction.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers and animators, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot rendering issues and optimize animation sequences for various screen sizes and devices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or character rigging.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating proficiency in vector art, character animation, and motion design.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Tools: Experience with 3D compositing tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) or game engines (Unity/Unreal) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
