Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, translating business goals into scalable engineering strategies.
- Lead the architecture of next-generation AI systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
- Mentor and manage a team of senior AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, data security, and high availability across distributed cloud environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, advanced neural networks) into our stack.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user-centric features that leverage advanced AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing microservices architectures and managing large-scale data pipelines.
- Strong command of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on AI/ML services.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
