Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on emergent AI behaviors, reinforcement learning, and adaptive neural architectures.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing teams to integrate quantum algorithms into classical machine learning workflows.
- Optimization: Implement advanced techniques for model quantization, edge deployment, and real-time inference latency reduction.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with 4+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale transformer models and generative AI systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and drive technical roadmaps from concept to production.
