Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for autonomous AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and custom frameworks.
- Optimize large language models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in real-world environments.
- Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists in research and deployment.
- Develop robust evaluation pipelines to measure agent accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into functional features.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
