Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable quantum machine learning models for next-gen data processing and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between theoretical quantum physics and practical software engineering.
- Optimize neural network architectures to leverage quantum processing units (QPUs) effectively and reduce latency.
- Establish best practices for quantum security, cryptography, and ethical AI alignment.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced quantum algorithms and high-performance computing.
- Research and prototype novel quantum algorithms to solve complex industry problems.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML architecture with a strong portfolio of published research or production systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and quantum simulators.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and stochastic processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
